Our parish (the area we serve) includes three other churches, as well as the Minster. All of our churches are open for worship and each building meets a particular need in our local community.
St Hugh’s serves the West Marsh area of Grimsby, and our Community Centre is the base for the Fresh Start Meals with Care programme, which provides over 700 hot meals every week to people in their homes across Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Louth. The church holds Sunday services at 9.30am each week and it’s also available for christenings, weddings and funerals, if you live nearby.
St Mark’s is on the corner of Laceby Road and Winchester Avenue, serving the Nunsthorpe and Grange estates. St Mark’s has excellent community facilities which are available to hire. Involving local young people in music, dance and Karate. Church services are on Sundays at 9.30am.
St Martin’s is on Sutcliffe Avenue, but you can’t miss it as you drive down Scartho Road! The church is home to Fusion Creative, involving local young people in theatre, arts, music, dance and drama. You can also find Grimsby Judo Club in the church hall next door. The church holds Sunday services at 11am every week.
